Generally, we will have the customer fill out a customer requirement form, and then based on the customer’s needs, we will create a product specification proposal for the customer to confirm.

The development and production cycle of customized batteries depends on the customer’s product specifications. It usually takes 4-12 weeks from design communication to product delivery. The initial design and solution confirmation usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, and production and performance testing takes 3 to 9 weeks.

Yes, we can design batteries for specific environmental conditions. We have extensive experience in designing low-temperature battery solutions for extremely cold regions, and have provided battery solutions for environments as low as -40°C. Through customized electrolyte formulations and heating systems, we ensure stable startup and efficient operation of batteries in low temperatures.

Our batteries also perform well in high-temperature environments, supporting a wide operating temperature range of 60°C, ensuring reliability and performance in various extreme conditions.

We can provide customized voltage and capacity solutions according to different application requirements. For example, the battery capacity ranges from 10Ah to 500Ah, and the voltage ranges from 12V to 1000V to meet the power requirements of different equipment.

We accept small batch customization, usually the minimum order quantity is 50 sets, and the specific quantity can be flexibly adjusted according to customer needs and project scale.

Not really. The battery can be replaced as long as the voltage same, while chargers need to be suitable for lithium. Cables and connectors should be also considered. It is suggested to turn to the battery supplier for an compulsory inquiry.
